lookie what i found..

just very crudely primed them white, had grey primer under and this is how they came out, bearing in mind it was a back garden job and is rather windy there!

lookes better in life :)
thought maybe its too much white but sa3r in white is quite nice, either that or a lairy red or pink?

yer your wanna apply a few layers of laquer to prevent peeling & chips, make sure you sand down each surface you spray onto, to help the bond & strengthen the coat.

L18M

cheers james, sand down each layer of laquer also?
what grade would you suggest?
i used 600 to smooth the primer but ended up taking it all off! but maybe thats cos i didnt actually get much of a can of primer onto the wheel due to the wind lol

Go as fine as you can bud. Even scotch bite will do at a push. Just make sure you clean them when you have done it to get all the crap off. Its olny to key the surface of the paint so that the next coat has something roughish to grip too. Not sure you do this to laquer or not. someone else will have to advise on that I am afraid.

Oh i\'d have done them beige!
I don\'t need to upgrade my stock turbo to beat your ass!
