Morning All,

I picked up my RX on Saturday. First impressions are that it\'s fairly swift and it sounds fantastic. Having purchased off the back of a string of TVR\'s I thought I miss the V8 burble and Straight Six yowl that I\'d got used to - but this just has a whole new set of noises to enjoy!

It has Blitz air filters and a Blitz Nur Spec exhaust but no other mods so it will be off to WGT for a new ECU, decat and wider downpipe sooner rather than later.

Hopefully I\'ve sussed the picture loading bit and there is an image to go with the words!

All the best

Looks Good,

If you\'re anything like me (I\'ve only had mine a few weeks) you\'re in for alot of fun and smiles (I still get a big cheesy grin when I open the garage).

I replied to your handles question, good luck when you do them.

I,m only just up the road from you (live in Corby) if you see a white FD with a RE Body kit give us a wave (don\'t think it will be in Uppingham as I\'m too low for the speed humps)LOL.:wave

looking good matey, best colour IMO , is the nurspec just the cat back then or midsection bit too, only ECU should be done yesterday if it is already without cat http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008\' target=\'_blank\'>http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/1072.gif\' border=0>
Anyway hope you continue to enjoy...
Si (resists saying it\'ll be reliable after TVR\'s )

Thanks for all the comments - hopefully I\'ll be able to ge along to the meeting, I\'m from Derby orginally so I should be able to find my way around...

Funnily enough I went to Rockingham yesterday to watch the TVR boys race and I went through Uppingham to get there...

A bit severe those speed bumps and why are they placed where they are, four big bumps for no apparent reason and then a half a mile up the road a school with nothing outside...

I\'ve not done the handles yet, the weather\'s been a bit crap and I\'ve only just been able to get the thing washed and waxed but fingers crossed for next weekend...

As for the rims, they have Advance Vehicle Systems stamped on them. I think I\'ve seen some very similar Yokohama rims around and about. Hope this helps...

Cheers

Hey DC,

Im over the other side of Stamford in Market Deeping if you ever in the area. I should be ordering my Rex in the next few weeks if all goes to plan.

If you decide to head over to Derby for the next meet then let me know as i may be heading that way myself.

Cheers
