RX8OC (DSHWS - Region) is holding a social Monthly Club Meet on 27th June 2010 at 1pm at:

Romsey Rd, Copythorne, Southampton, Hampshire, SO40 2PB

Hi All
To double check on things for 27^th.
Had a chat to the landlord (an MG A owner) - they have a number of regional owners clubs that meet there regularly these include MG, Lotus, Ferrari, Landrover, Porsche and Pistonheads ( 120 cars last time out) - so it appears we are in good hands.
The pub opens at 12 noon on a Sunday thru to 10.30pm - There is a Sunday roast lunchtime menu.
As things stand I have reconfirmed a booking in my name (Edmunds - RX8OC) for 16 of us. They will set aside an area for us inside.
He said we are welcome to arrive anytime and happy for us to mill about in the car park as we normally do.
I told him I would reconfirm by 6pm on 20th
