PITA car... Low boost and exhaust leak

So, I had an exhaust leak in the engine bay for over a year, figured it was from installing the DP with the old studs and nuts... Took it off and installed new stainless bolts with a thread sealant. Leak is worse than ever- can barely breath in the cabin unless I keep the windows closed and blower set to recycle air!

Also, at a trackday last weekend my boost suddenly stopped running to 0.85 on PFC- best I can get now it 0.75, but typically around 0.6.  The boost pattern is otherwise ok, transitioning at 4500 as normal - the car feels sluggish though.

Could the two problems be related - ie hotside exhaust leak that\'s got so bad I can\'t spool the turbos properly? Surely it\'s not a rats nest issue since the boost pattern is otherwise ok?

I\'m looking at a turbos out job aren\'t I?
