Ahoy all!
Do you think its possible to convert an FD to hold a dodge 7.2 V10 or similar size power plant, i know more and more LS conversions are going on in the UK but im thinking of trying something else

chrisJDM

would be awesome if you could make it work :Thumbs-up

Will66

That would be truly mental conversion!  If I may venture a point, if you were to do it you should try to use the Viper Engine as it is aluminium block rather than the pig iron in the Ram pick up.

Apparently putting details of your car spec in your signature means the nice folks on exile-rotorsport think you\'re a fool.  I can think of no higher compliment!

I think the main issue would be clearing the bonnet line?

I just want something different tbh matey :D

However if it all falls through and i go back to a rotary are you good for a bit of mapping ;)

SiH

Well, I have no idea if it will fit, but seeing as an LS1 fits reasonably easily in an S-body, and the Viper needs a fair bit of work, I think you may have your work cut out.

Have a search over here http://www.v8rx7forum.com/forum.php. It\'s been covered a few times and although if you put enough cash into it anything is possible, but this one seems to be a no no.
