hi all, new to the forum, just wondering if anyones done a non sequential turbo conversion and is having boost problems and if you know how to sort it?

thanks

Get a Electronic Boost controller, the apexi is not great controller without the boost controller kit.

Go for something like a Blitz SBC or similar

cheers mate, im running an apexi, got a greddy profec b boost controiller, seem to be getting erratic boost, thought non-sequential would make life easier, apparently not. loool.

The Apexi ecu can easliy control boost well on twins either sequential or non sequential.
Either the tuning needs looking at or the problem must be elsewhere.

thanks karl for the info. im going to try a different boost controller, then look at other areas.:2Confused

Changing to non-sequential is the usual way of trying to bypass a boost problem but as usual the problem persists because it needs the core problem finding and fixing.

As Carl said the pfc is perfectly capable of controlling boost without the need for an external boost controller.

is this the full non-seq conversion or the poor mans way? with "poor mans" i had boost issues but had no boost controller. Super7 then did the full conversion for me and held boost at 1.0bar with no spikes and holds all the way through to redline (also with no boost controller - just Apexi ECU)
