After years of trying to get hold of one of these, I\'ve finally managed to buy a GSL-SE in the \'rare as hens teeth\' right hand drive form.

Mazda only produced 25 of these in right hand drive form as pre-production models for the Japanese market prior to their launch in the U.S, presumably to iron out any fault before going stateside.

I heard via a friend on Jersey that one of these RHD cars was on the island and may possibly be up for sale and I\'ve been in negotiations for ages to buy it.I managed to do the deal for 5250 Jersey pounds and here it is, complete with 13B fuel injected engine, aircon, pas and the revised interior.

Just need to get the Jersey plates off it now.
This must be the only one in the UK??

Talk about hard to get hold of, I was beginning to think they didn\'t exist!

Ian just a thought if it is classed as an import, then maybe you can register it as a 1300cc.  good luck.

Looking at the condition of this fb & the mileage it\'s got to be one of the best,or maybe the best one in the uk.
Tracking down a 12a fb in this condition would be difficult, but finding a r/h drive gsl-se i would of thought impossible!
How did u hear about it Ian,sniffing around on the net or word of mouth?
