Having to re-install my air pump to pass emissions, and am in need of a lil info.
Because I didn\'tr remove it, i\'m not 100% on where the various pipes connect. I\'ve done some research and have found out the following:

The one that goes to the reactor (CAT) or what ever it is, does it have a non-return valve between the AVG and reactor?

Thanks

I belive the black valve thing is the AMV - anti moo valve :)

Have you thought of trying to get an electric smog pump? How far were the emissions out by?

There was also two types of air pump for the FC and i am not entirely sure if they were either due to the EGI/TII or just the year of manufacture.

The Corsa has an excellent electric air pump and one I might attempt to fit in mine, likewise forget the above air valve in your pic, just fit the air pump and with a NRV which you must have, plumb it directly into the exhaust. As i can adjust my settings with my Datalogit I should not need to fit a pump of some sort but thats my backup plan.
