at last the car is back on the road.

a brief outline of the things that have been done to the car in the last few months.

rebuilt gearbox
new paddle clutch
rear bumper
front bumper
koyo big rad
trust fmic
bonnet
greedy elbow

i wont go into to much detail but suffice to say the front bumper needed a lot of work the rear bumper was red and very scratched

rad and fmic took ages to sort out due to keeping the air con, keeping the battery up front and not having turbo pipework that fitted properly. my gearbox was knackered (spose you have to expect that sort of thing with 400 bhp tho :D )

how the car used to look before the above

engine bay now (not very clean at mo)

new front end and bonnet

rear end

some random ones

the car needs a good polish as its only had a wash and no polish since last summer :)
hope you like. i think im nearly as far as i want to go on the exterior now

cheers

Any idea where you can get the clear lenses for the front bumper??? I have the same one on my rx which im in the middle of repairing as it was quite badly cracked but with orange lenses, the clear ones look well better

Do they fit the existing cutout in the bumper or do they require any modificaton?

Cheers

no the lights fitted are actually from a 928s so the lenses swap onto your existing lights and fit as normal.

Looking good, I agree with the 99 spec lights tho, easy mod if you can be bothered.

on a side not

I have this bumper in the garage but it uses the stock 93+ sidelights if any of you are interested !!,:Typing

its an re\'A  fader i believe one of the early models. i cut the slit in the very nose for extra air to get in which was fairly easy. i think speedline had one for sale recently dont know if he still has it tho
