Hi all.
Can someone please be my saviour and give me instructions on how to remove the Dash from my 94 RX7 import. I have recently bought a new Heater Matrix as the one that is in is currently leaking and keeps soaking my carpet on the passenger side and blowing my Apex unit. I have read some threads but they aint been much help as some people say its able to be done without removing the whole dash and others disagree. I really need to know which bolts to remove and the order to do this in and whether taking things like the steering wheel off is necessary.
Any help would be appreciated as i really need to get this job done soon as the weather is picking up and i would love to get it back on the road.
Cheers.

iirc, take out all the plastics from the dash, open the doors there is a pannel either side of the dash in the door shuts you can remove there is 3 or 4 nuts either side an then the centre part of the dash is bolted to the trans tunnel... pretty sure it should pull out then.

Unbolt the handbrake cable and remove the gear lever (cover over the top of the gearbox) too. There is a single bolt in the top middle of the back of the dash too.

Just check there aren\'t any trapped cables from extra stuff fitted into the dash too as the whole structure comes out with the cross beam and the radio.

pretty much what everyone has just said, when I removed mine, I removed my gearshift as well to take the dash out, unplugging the dashboard harness was a bit of a nightmare due to my fat fingers lol
