Do you not need a cat for a post-96 car regardless of emissions results im sure?

If you have a PFC and commander you can alter the injector settings. You can also stick a bit of ethanol in the tank to help.
Work hard, play hard house :D

the mot station that did mine said they were pre92, i\'m about 40 miles from whitley bay so would be prepared to travel, what experience have you had with them, cheers nick.

Bobbit

I\'ve had 2 mot there flew through each time, they even had the rex for 3 weeks recently (when it was snowing so wasn\'t using the car and i\'d told them there was no rush) while they traced an electrical problem with the lights, turned out to be dodgy wiring for the rear fog light when it was imported and they only charged £80 despite having spent hours trying to trace the problem. So all in all i\'m very impressed with their work and charges, plus they even dropped the car off home for me

666 rex, Are you on fduk if so ill pm you for your mot in the boro.

Either find me(jdmr_neil) on there or send me an email,

neil(dot)jdmr(at)gmail(dot)com

Sorry i took a while getting back busy as a mofo at work etc,

Also for your fault finding etc, Rob (bobbit) is very knowledgeable himself and has helped most of us NE rotary guys out from time to time and we generally try to help each other out. As for servicing all the usual stuff is easily DIY done but for tuning/mapping its better sticking to the pro\'s and then its just down to your choosing.

I used WGT in cheshire
Ste (EnvyD) uses Lindop(silverstone autosport) in Northwales
and iirc Rob is siding toward Haywood Rotary North, which is our closest and comes highly reccommended.
