hi i have found a nice 1993 FD it was imported in 98 and it has had one owner since it was imported it has all MOTs from 98 to date and services but no rebuild it had 56k on the clock before it was imported then speedo done for MPH and now reads 102K would it still be KM added to the clock or will it be MPH it looks mint but the dealer wants 4K for her went to go for a test drive but they had flooded it so it would not start does anyone think it is good for 4K ?.

so its not had a rebuild and they want 4k for it? is it stock?? you need to give more info than that? is it modded?? get a compression test done, tbh there are enough for sale around here by well known members and cars that the club knows for it to be the safest and best place to buy a car from, plus there were a few engine specialists on here that were selling fresh rebuilt cars with warrentees...

its stock no mods its had services done at rotechniks and jimmys since its been imported with no expense spared but no rebuild or water pump seal im guessing its done about 80K

thats alot for a car with no rebuild history on that mileage... might be worth speaking to jimmy\'s and find out if he knows anything...

that what i was thinking i have been offered a FD and its mint with rebuild + loads for 5 - 51/2 so i think i give it a miss and save a bit longer and not to rush it to buying the frist one i see.
