make-over!

Well as the winter weather started, And my rx-7 was going to go off road, I decided to give it a make over with a budget in mind for the new show season that lays ahead! all work will be done by me bar the sound system!
i will let the picks do most of the talking!  
 
started to strip in on the drive to repaint the engine bay:


then moved to the body shop for the work to begin:







then on to the trial fit of the side skirts:


they did not fit to well, so i marked off the area i wanted to cut off to get the type of fit i wanted:

then on to own lil custom mod, new fuel cap:

now on to the masking up to get ready for the primer:

one that was dry, i put some good old tiger striped on it for a guide coat when wet sanding:

dont think so.. there is no need to take them off for anything anyways! if i have a nock or something it will probs need fixed and painted anyways!

yeah i know the colour and so do another small amount of people! nothing to bling like...
 
yeah Karl, i was going to, but so many people are going wide are these days that i wanted to die it down and keep with what i think is a nice subtle kit with few lil carbon goodies!
 
i have also got my hands on a set of real good condition Zeal Coilovers for a real low price of £100.
