Juddering off throttle

yeah thats what im thinking but last time i was under it it all seemed tight as.And the was out of gear lol

Ive recently spoken to a local mechanic and he seems to think its driveline related maybee a shaft bearing or associated parts.
As for the engine mounts they\'ll be swapped out for some polyurethane ones allong with some solid gearbox mounts and some deylin sub frame bushes.

Gonna be noisey with solid gearbox mounts !
 
I ended up putting my rubber ones back in - but have more solid rear subframe and engine mounts.  Noise is much reduced - and hardly any \'shake\'

Well today i managed to sort a few things.Got a new turbo donwpipe gasket which now means i won\'t be suffocating on monoxide poisoning lol,and i also found that my wastegate wasn\'t connected lol.
Since then i have connected it back up and the car is completely different.Theres hardly no backlash off the throttle it boost\'s much quicker and exhaust is much quieter.
The only other thing is now is that its boosting as high as 0.9 bar and that wasn\'t even flat out.
My boost controller should be here any day now,so whats the maxximum boost i should run to preserve the engine on stock intercooler,fueling,cooling etc?? 0.7 bar?

when i changed the down pipe on it originally - im sure i managed to knock the bar off the waste gate - so you might have done the same when you did the swap over ?

yeah possibly allrough the circlip is missing so ill just find another one:)
