I\'ve just seen the post. I\'m dizzy today, about 3 cars moved to scrap, a new car or two appeared and a move/not a move to Devon...:confused:
But I do feel sorry for the guy who thought he\'d bought it.

cars for less than a grand with mot don\'t seem to have any trouble finding buyers, neither do projects at the moment.

my first gen C784SPA is coming along quite nicely and am nearly ready to start fixing up the body/chassis. am trying to sorce original sills to fix the rust problem properly.

There seems to be 2 different sellers selling the same red car at the moment. One on a classified ad basis, the other just put it on auction. Never seen that before.

James\'s black car looks like a good shell that, though James was set to do a lot of work on the body. It seems to me like a lot of work to strip it, and then for someone to buy the shell and bolt it all back together? Or maybe it\'s destined for the track? I\'m treating it as a scrapper now but with a note alongside that the Reg may come back on to the road.

No it wasn\'t thanks Dibs. A quick DVLA search (thanks again Ian for that knowhow), says it was a white car, 1st Reg 01/08/1985. Last taxed around 2002.

There will be something very pleasing about rattling about with these windows fitted, wondering where they\'ve been, what people inside have seen out of them, how the new owner felt when C644 was  brand spanking new. Ghosts from the past living on.
Is it just me or does anyone else think these things?

these 2 old welsh fellas did some work for some one and took my rx7 as payment ,when removing it from the shed they found the white one in there to . the owner brought the white one for the motor to put in to my green one ,they stripped the white one then sold the body to someone who wanted it for the windscreen ,thats about as much as i know:bandit

The glass is now stored in my garage, and will only see the light of day again if required, so those days of steamy windows could be over for ever for them..............cos they are for me............
