i searched and came up with lots of rubbish that did not really help so the current spec is

fmic
magnecore leads
fancy intake
3 inch turbo back exhaust
apexi avcr boost controller
walbro fuel pump
4 beat ecu

so any ideas which plugs to get

also which engine oil would you recommend

Furb

how much boost are you running? from those specs i would say not too much...

you can go with stock (BUR9EQ)
if you want a little bit better you could use B9EGV, or B10EGV if you run more boost. you need a modified socket for fitting these.
if you want the best: Greddy RE9 (or RE10) but they are expensive, you can get them at RHD.

with my FC i had detonation issues, then i went over to B9EGV and higher fuel pressure and it was pretty much gone, only onhigh loads in 5th gear it sometimes knocked.
i now have the Greddy RE10 plugs, no knock at all, it can even handle spikes of 1.3bar
to show how strong this plug is, it can even handle AFR\'s of 10.4 easliy, whereas the B9EGV failed at 10.9

i always recommend a HKS twinpower!
