Carb has turned up.......i

[A7RXY]

Its unused, the best £100 I\'ve spent, have a look for yourselves.........over the moon or what............

[12at]

Is this a new one or has you old been rebuilt ??

[A7RXY]

This is a new carb that I think has been sitting in someones garage for years, I don\'t think there can be another anywhere............

[A7RXY]

Just taken some more with a better camera.

[Ian65]

It\'s a shame to use that Dibs, stick it on the fireplace as an ornament instead!!

[A7RXY]

LOL  Don\'t think HID will let me, she was not keen on letting me put my Vespa GS in the lounge, but this is smaller....................

What a mint carb .... Awesome find!!

[syebba]

25 years old & unused,G8 find.
Has it got a date of manufacture on it,it might be older.
As far as i know engines & ancillaries were produced in Hiroshima, does the carb glow in the dark?
Ta Stu..

[syebba]

looks like 21/02/84..

Fantastic !
I think it should be in a museum, oh I forgot, we all drive rolling museums.

[A7RXY]

All being well I will fit it tomorrow, can\'t wait I\'ll report back................

[mpk490p]

nice one good find

[clive]

Wow, what a find, well done,

Love some of the comments above, especially the museum one which I\'m sure I will think of next time I drive my RX-4 down the road :Giggle

[A7RXY]

Thanks I know its a one off, but I\'m sure I\'ll get more pleasure driving the car than looking at the carb............just got the old carb off and its started raining, lets hope its not for to long............Yes I know I should be doing it in thr garage, but that\'s full of bits and old scooters............

[David Nock (RIP)]

Damn and blast Dibs.....To think I left it be with the old guy. If he\'d only had a camera and internet access to show me the goods. Jealous emoticons, come on down.

No matter, you need a break on the luck front matey.
Hope it all goes fine Dave.
