leaking fuel

Are fuel leaks common on FDs have a leak under the intake manifold looks like it maybe a rubber fuel pipe but unsure. I know that I had similar problems on a skyline which was degrading rubber pipes just age related I guess. Can you get replacements as some of the pipes are formed if so where? As im doing a full restoration it seems increasingly hard to find parts i.e the plastic trim under the wheel arches and so on, does any one know any specific breakers or stockists?
