planning on using it as a once month blast on the road, few drag events, will take it on track and see how it performs too,  dont really no how it will drive handle etc, so after building it I will find out what\'s it suited to and focus in that area

Thanks for all the info and advise, think I will keep with the gt40 idea and see what it goes like, can always buy a bigger turbo,  hoping to get it down to 900kgs

I\'m still very much a new b when it comes to this engine\'s/ set ups etc, still alot to learn

About 920, but with the rx7 rear axle/subframe and weld in cage, which bro be it up abit

Should have gone for a low power 300bhp ish set up and see if it works 1st. think it might be a handful :god

yes really dude, you have to remember the power figures quoted for turbos are mainly for Piston Engines, you normally have to knock off 20% of those values for a Rotary.
For example my turbo is quoted to be 800bhp-900bhp flow pontential but thats on a piston engine, but on a Rotary 700bhp is more realistic.

If you want over 500fly (430 at wheels) then Turbos like the T04Z,T51R,T88,GT42R is what you should be looking at

well took a little trip to see madrod of passion ford to pick a little present up:cool, he then took us on to XSPORT to talk about the cage that were having welded in, could\'nt believe the workmanship that goes into there cage\'s:Thumbs-up:Thumbs-up
