Well even I would like to know the answer to this one, I have a full set of flares buy none seem to be the right size? A 10 mm open end is very close, but please don\'t try undoing it with a 10 as you will round off the nut!:HammerJust want to say a 10mm open will not coralate to a 10mm flare as the size is taken from the thread on brake lines.

trotter

well, that was interesting.

10mm is too small, 11mm is too big :(

anyone got any bright ideas how to get it off?

trotter

I use a TINY pair of snap-on stillsons for flare nuts. Nothing resists and usually you get new nuts on the new pipes.

it\'s all good, turns out it is in fact 10mm. Just I was too hungover to use a spanner properly!!
