I think it\'s posted by Cal on here too? Interestingly the next Reg to this one is also a Met Blue S3, registered same day. Might have been a company deal? Who knows. The other one\'s on SORN in Norfolk now.

Not quite Steve, A couple of Imports exist that are \'T\' plates and there\'s a slightly earlier \'V\' Reg Aug 1979...before the change to Sept 1st Registration.
Only 11 S1\'s though now the black one in Widnes/ North Wales is being broken.
What colour is yours please?

Thank you, duly noted. Looks like they\'ve found the rear wheel arch trouble spot. I wondered why it had got a strong bid on it then saw it\'s trimmed in black leather and its got a dinky little carb (Webber?) and spares with it.

No it isn\'t, but is it a Series 3 1st gen or a Series 1? The Reg and the colour suggests S1 but of course you can make a car look older with a transferred plate.
Where was it roughly?
