Water Hazard

Hello all.
As my previous posts showed i was having problems with my Rx7 FD3s stalling and not starting during wet weather so i changed all my leads and plugs sprayed all exposed and not exposed electrical connections and this seems to have done the trick, at least i thought until a heavy downpour the other day and low and behold it happened again.
I just happen to have a friend with me who said the carpet felt a bit soggy in the passenger footwell upon inspection the carpet was soaking and the water was all over the cables going into my ecu .
Has anyone had this problem and could you suggest where the water is coming from and would this be the problem for the starting?:3Confused

have you looked to see if the grommet in the bulkhead is in properly?

may also be the door seals?

Thanks for the links guys much appreciated . took out the ecu it was soaked and the chips were startin to fur up just used a contact cleaner and a small brush cleaned up all terminals put back together let it dry overnight popped it back in and bobs your uncle excellent.:3gears-rh

Thanks mate excellent link followed the steps on trying to revive my apexi ecu and it worked like a charm. This site is well worth the subscription in saved garage costs alone
