Hi guys, i just bought a set of 18" alloys for my fd. When i went to put them on they did not fit snug round the hub but as i tighten the nuts up it pulls it central, will this cause a problem with the wheel not fitting snug ?? Also they have a cap over the nuts but it hits the tips of the nuts so i wondered where i could get a set of open ended nuts that would fit to give me a little more room,
Thanks in advance Dave.

sound like you need some spigot adaptors they make the wheel fit central, you can get open ended nuts ultralight do good quality ones,

Also with the stock nuts i cant get a socket over them as they are to close to the inside edge, will the ultra lights have any more room round them to fit socket or are they just direct replacement and same size etc etc

std are 21mm af and ultralights are 17mm af so smaller socket does the job, or you can get internal drive type (allen key) just make sure you get the right thread,
