Costing for uprated ignition (RECOMMEND)?

My two options for upgrading my ignition are msd on the leading. Or HKS twinspark. I know twinspark will cost about 300 quid and be easy to install. i have yet to figure out the complexity or cost of the msd system.
 
Can anyone advise me of the costs and install difficulty.
