help needed in birmingham please !!!

i really need help my secondery turbo isnt working at all the primery 1 is and boosts well but at 4 and half thou revs they both just die can anybody advise or come and have a look at the it for me i\'ll pay money waiting or a garage around birmingham that could help fix this please help !!:3Confused

Sounds similar to the problems I was having. I ended up going non-sequential.
 
Prior to that I did find 1 or 2 bad hoses, one being a hose that connects to the turbo control actuator. The other I think was in the rats nest. I also found my rats nest was set up for an auto, as I had it imported to swap my blown engine over with. Finally I found the cause to be a sticky wastegate, which made sense in the end as above 4500rpm occasionally I would get full power, and below 4500rpm it seemed to be working right but I can\'t be sure as I didn\'t have a boost guage fitted before the non-sequential conversion.
 
Just a note, if you aim to check out the rats nest, you\'ll have to work it out using the diagrams available, as the 2 or 3 rats nest diagrams I have don\'t quite match up, especially the colour coded one, and the service manual one.

Hey redgti i noticed you are from the same area as me what colour rex have you got i havn\'t seen that many since owning mine only other i seen was a montego blue one near irlam on cadishead way.
