Anyone know if the owner is on any forums as they haven\'t responded to my eBay email
Sorry typing in a thunderstorm with BT broadband is fun... forum service comes and goes 10 to the doz.
Yes I have got it thanks, but if I\'m brutally honest I\'ve put it in my scrappers section. Come on someone prove me wrong buy it and restore ....easy to put it back as a runner.
But to answer, it\'s the 1st time I\'d seen the car and I don\'t know the ebay handle, except he must be a painter....:)

But then I\'ve looked back on ebay and the cars reached £254 with 17 bids.... so who am I to write it off?

Cheers Dave, duly noted and entered. For your interest, there\'s a Red S3 in your town, also SORNed.
Thanks for your post.

Hi Stu, good work again. I\'d just picked up the top one of your 3 on ebay, squeezed the Reg of the blue scrapper out of the owner by the promise of a free plug on here (Duly Delivered), but the last one I hadn\'t seen. It\'s a Series 2 I think without it\'s spoiler.

Interestingly a car very close to that last one\'s Reg is a serious rally car - with a proper number on the door kind of serious.

In Newcastle eh? Cream Leather......Does that Rotary badge on the back signify it\'s not a UK car? I think it might. No matter, goes on the FB Register just the same.
38 Series 2 FB\'s now.

Thanks bud.

:wave Hi David!
I was also thinking in a USA model, but it\'s THIS... Probably had just bought the badge from USA...  I\'ve see the email, later I will reply, tomorrow I\'ve a marriage (hope it\'s right word) and I must clean my \'7 for it :D
My old Cars! (and She\'s from UK!) :Thumbs-up

I\'ve seen a similar badge before somewhere; on a European or Japanese road car I think it was. But maybe as you say, just got a badge from USA.

Tomorrow you\'ve a wedding.......if you\'re going to attend as a guest. On the other hand, if you\'re going to attend as the Bridegroom you\'ve got a marriage tomorrow.
In which case I think you\'d be too busy for chatting to me!

Hope you enjoy the wedding and the run in the \'7.

Hi dave,

it\'s sertainly been a while... unfortunatley i am the bearer of bad news... dont worry it\'s not been crashed. i had to give it back to garry as i got an mk.1 1.8i eunos roadster jap imp as my daily runner and had some work done to it to get it looking nice and to sort the front brakes plus some go faster goodies. i was then made redundant 2 weeks later (again. that\'s twice in 9 months) and as a redundancy pay garry said i could have the work done on the mx5 and the first gen rx untill he saw the bill for the mx5 and asked to keep the rx7.
i was totally bummed but still love my roadster... good cheap fun!
the miss\'s doesn\'t know it yet but when i get a job i\'m gonna buy the rx7 with my dad as a project as he wants to learn something new too!

Sorry to hear the news James. It was a lot easier in my day....leave school....bang in your application for an apprenticeship or traineeship, whatever took your fancy....get accepted by 3 or 4 companies and then decide which one you wanted to accept! I do not envy your generation.

Thanks for the info that Gary\'s got the RX7 again.... I\'ve transferred it back to him. All the best and stay in touch pal.
David.
