At last New FD owner !!!!!

Hey Guys,
I have spent the last 6 months looking for the right FD and finally brought this.
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Its a 95 Type R with 60k and all stock no mods at all.

yes i did  but i already got the parts for a full rebuild when the seals go.
6.2 rear
6.0 front
but i will do the test myself again tommorrow.

£5000 Car with delivery (newcastle to london)
£1700 engine rebuild parts with tools from atkins rotary.
£2000 Umbrella Suspension cup kit
£2000 Upgrade Second hand parts (Tein Mono Flex,Blitz Nur spec Catback,Blitz induction, Blitz BOV, HKS Fcon V Pro, Clifford Avantguard 5.5 plus others i cant remember)
 
Oh and forgot to say that i am 6Ft 2" and weigh about 32 Stones. so i have got seat rail extenders, fitted a removable steering wheel and going to have to take the door card off just to get in it. LOL (The things i do just to own a FD).

I called jit a few days ago and told him i paid £5000 for it and he said that was too much but then he came round last night and saw it and said this is the best looking stock car he\'s seen, no squeaks or rattles all factory screws the speedo still in km. no body damage apart from very 3 slight pin dents and advised me to leave it stock. the only thing is theres no front splitter but everything is stock.the interior is mint looks like only the driver seat is used the passenger seat and boot are like factory new.

That looks damned clean! Can understand why Jit told you to leave it stock

Brand new splitters can be bought from somewhere like rhdjapan and i think that would finish it off nicely IMO.

This is comfortably the cleanest car I have seen in a long time.

I cant see any evidence of crash damage repairs. All the paint looks original and is in fantastic condition bar a couple if tiny (and i mean less than the size of a 5p piece) pin dents. Engine bay is nice and clean.
The interior is absolutely stunning. 100% original including the standard cassette player. None of the interior panels have ever been removed and there isnt a mark on any of them! The rear boot plastics are in great condition with no scratches. This really is one of the most well looked after FDs I have seen and well worth the 5k paid for it despite no proof of rebuild or mods.

you just need to get a splitter , clean the engine bay and give it a good service mate..
