What cars have you beaten with what mods

This topic always makes me giggle.....you cant really lay claim to beating a specific piece of machinery...I guess you can name and shame the rider/driver though??
 
A GSX600 is a pretty impressive bike...and in the right hands, I doubt an Rx would get that close. That said an Rx in the right hands against your average joe-so that rides would probably do enough to embarrass them.
 
At the end of the day, it isn\'t about who has what other than who has the biggest balls! (mixed with an element of talent to back up when things get interesting
 
Also the major settling factor is corners. Straight line is fun, but keeping the car on the road through a sequence of bends is all about the talent of the person behind the wheel, and usually not that much about the car they drive. I take people on with my Honda Accord 1.8 automatic....and its rare to not lose sight of them down a country lane.
 
The other thing that makes me giggle.....do all of these people know they are racing? I often read on forums "Nailed a BMW, or p1ssed all over a Porsche" But I do wonder whether the drivers of the said cars actually knew they were in a race at all?? lol

 
I was talking about straight line raceing because yes i am a averge jo driver, but when you get some nob in his m3 in traffic reving his v8, then waiting til the road is clear and has slowed right down so i am about metre away form his car then he floors it and im just sat behind him. I think thats worth some bragging rights :Thumbs-up dont you :3gears-rh

i agree with Jon its hard to say "my cars quicker then a M3" etc etc as its all down to the individual car and most importantly the driver.  I have beaten several ferraris and lambos before but they had 50 yr old men driving them so i somehow doubt they were pushing it as hard as me alot of people are scared of going over 100 for a start.  I have had a fair race with my mates impreza when we were both around 400bhp, very very close nothing in it however he had spent a hell of alot more money on his car then i have
