For the first time ever i wasn\'t on the MRC stand but spent a lot of my day queuing up for the strip so didnt really matter anyway.
Good turn out of cars everywhere and was a great atmosphere today.
Your not the only one to get burnt Gary. I look like a sunblushed tomato!! :o

Good to meet everyone, as always, old faces and new.

Stand-out moments....getting lost in Wollaston (despite having Mabel the SatNav) and having to do a U-turn through the pub car park, only to find we\'d gained an entourage of about twenty other cars, Scoobies, GT-4s, Skylines et al all under the mistaken belief we knew where we were going  Brought the whole village to gridlock hahahaha!

....following Ada home all the way wondering why he had "FISH" written on his rear screen till I realised it was his running number "F1851" or something. Kept hearing Gollum\'s voice "we likesss nicccce fishhhh, my preciousssss"

.....Blitzen blowing up his filler neck after a particularly vicious launch, only for the rotray gurus in the pits to epoxy it back together. "Should be alright once it\'s set" says Tim laconically. Then he runs a 10.4. Like, kudos

....watching M@RK struggling to fit a Gazebo, dB meter and tripod, flag pole, chairs, cookies, God knows what else into the boot of an Elise, all helped by very useful instructions form Cheryl. Couldn\'t get the Benny Hill theme out of my head for some reason ...

The Third run I launched real hard, got into third then the welds on my Revolution Filler header tank decided to blow apart .... water all over the windshield and tyres I nearly stacked into the wall as the fronts lost grip and steering.

Got it back to the Pits, Me and Era checked it out the welds were completely cracked,Lucky for me Uncle Timmy from RX Motors had some Chemical metal and we fixed it hillbilly style and we then proceeded to do two 10 seconds runs, I did a total of 4 10 seconds runs this Sunday, no new PBs as increasing the boost seemed to lose me power, backed off the boost for the final run the power returned , so off to Reworx later this year to map higher boost cells

Thanks, Mr Beast! I didn\'t get any exterior ones of the new GTR and 370Z because when I was there they were covered in ignorant ****wits wandering into the way every time I tried a shot (like they do) :mad:! Meant to go back later and take some, but I forgot :Hammer. Soz. Got some more detail shots of the GTR is all. There was a red one that some guy run up the strip, fair play to him, but I think that\'s the previous model. Are they very different?
