Help with Rear Bumper Removal pls

Hi all-
 Had a search...but no luck
Could anyone give me some tips on rear bumper removal on the FD please

undo the lights mate then under the strip 3rd barke light in the middle there are four bolts .then take off the inner plasticks in the boot left and right right inside the very edges there are some ten mm bolts two each side then it will pop off you might need to remove the number plate to depends on the spec uk or jap >
