Triple or twin core radiator

As in the title I\'m looking to get a new radiator as mine is 16 years old and I\'ve found these.

If you think they are ok which one.
I\'ve gone for these because ther cheap and they seem to be the only ones I can find with the small bit for the ast to plug in.
