Orange solenoid for single turbo?

Someone mentioned on my earlier post that you need to keep the orange solenoid? True? Firstly what is this one for (stock FPR??) and secondly can I just leave it floating in the breeze under the UIM? I thought all the rails and pipes came out and went in the bin other than the fuel ones if you planned to reuse them. I was also planning to cut the end of the bracket off that has the coil pack fixing to bolt the coil packs in place. Alternatively do you just strip all the pipes and solenoids off and put the frame work back with the orange solenoid in tact and ready to mount the coil pack?
