gen 3

Hi,
 
I think iam going to be getting a gen3 turbo, What should I look out for?
any help would be great,
 
Also as Iam new to this what sort of power do these run as standard, and what top speed 0-60 do these do?
 
Iam not a boy racer lol, I ask because I have a impreza type r at the minute running around 340hp just wondering if the power would be alot less.
