Yeah im presuming they are doing that, how much 2stroke do I add per litre when its been binned?
Also, where do I physically look in the bay to see if the oil injection/metering stuff has been binned? As im not even going to start it till its all serviced, so I should be able to spot it by then!

Sounds like the car has gone to a good home

"Dependant on setup.

No OMP - 150:1 any fully synthetic 2 stroke. The Millers KB2T is a good choice.

With OMP - 400:1 ie 100ml to 40lt fuel. Premixing in conjunction with the omp results in cleaner rotors and housings.

Be aware though, premixing lowers the effective octane rating of the fuel. You should be using the highest octane fuel available anyway, but with winter coming up it is more prudent anyway.

Kalispera! Nice to see the mainstream performance car press finally showing rotaries the respect they deserve. Saw your FC pics in the mag this month and thought "at last" and it looks like a bit of a thing to be fair. Hopefully now you lot\'ll stop franchising Kandy sprayed abortions from the states with bloody awful Toyota lumps in them and look to some of the awesome home-grown talent in the UK!

Welcome to the club, though, matey :D

Thats one very impressive FC. Never going to lose it in a busy car park either :)

OMG I am so jealous! That is one hell of a FC you\'ve bought. Can\'t wait to see it in the flesh. I hope you will bring it to Rotorstock for us all to drool over!

Out of interest, how do you go about finding a car like this for sale and then import it?
I don\'t need to upgrade my stock turbo to beat your ass!

Get your finger out, get it on the road and start driving it then!!! (B.Martin 25/2/12)

it was posted by an import company on drift works. well thats how i found out about it

The oil metering pump is on the left hand side - near the bottom of the front of the engine - it bolts onto the front cover (The lower pulley set is in the centre of the front cover).  It has 4 plastic pipes attached to it, and 2 wires which connect to a pair of white electical connectors near the alternator.  I can see these connectors in one of your photo\'s so it looks like you may still have it connected.

Prof- Cheers for the info on the oil injection business, ill check soon as it arrives!

L18M- It wont have mega power, just a T04E on a ported engine, so 350-375 I reckon, in the D1 DVDs it says 350, but they usually put conservative numbers, so will be at least that.

Everyone- Cheers for the replies/info/etc etc, much appreciated :)

Another question for you...

It hasnt really been used in ages, not really at all in over a year barring the odd drive round the block once in a while to keep it fairly fresh, and the compression test just before I bought it.
I plan to give it a full service etc the moment I pull it out the crate, but I reckon, and correct me if im wrong, but the best bet would be change the oil and leave the brand new stock plugs in it for now, and drive it round pretty normally for a couple hundred miles, then change the oil again and put in the racing plugs, and then able to use it as normal (and by then I\'ll have fitted the water inj too, as an extra safety measure).
Im just a bit reluctant to just change the oil, pop in the racing plugs, and go for it from the off as its been sitting for a while. It will be fine on normal low/off boost use on stocko plugs wont it?
Opinions on that appreciated.

Nice car and remember seeing those pics some time ago when I was searching the net for rear spoiler pics. Really nice looking FC and will for certain have a crowd around it all the time. Its been in the drift scene for a while now so it will do her good to have a dam good service. With the ported engine and TO4E then 9\'s all round will be fine,they\'re cheap enough at the moment from Ebay. Look forward to seeing this at the shows and events.
