Just placed an order for an off side rear sill repair section for a Gen 1 (Â£31 delivered). Speaking to Stephen Brooks who makes them, the profile could be used to make rear bottom wing and front sill repairs as well. Taking some before and after pictures for anyone who is interested. Stephen is going to see how the tooling can be used to manufacture other repair panels. (Thanks david for the contact details)

Repair panel - base of sill is flat rather than slightly rounded - dont know if it is a mistake or intentional.

Will you let us have pics as the repair progresses Bill? I assume you have to carry out a bit of repair behind the repair panel as it were?

Will do - I will have 3 panels - Floor to cill repair panel, Cill 1/4 panel and end cill panel.
I intend to weld all three panels together before fitting to the car. Will post pics as I go along.
