Idle Help needed

Got a high idle on my FD and when i give it a rev it seems really slow comming back down i have done some work in and around the rat nest area but have always had this problem. I have turned in the idle screw but no joy. Any ideas?

might sound obvious but sticky throttle?

Think its the idle control valve behind the UIM after pulling off the connector the revs were fine and idle was too. Where can i get a new one of these?
