what is the easiest way to mount seats in a 95 jap spec rx7?

i meant whether i use a universal subframe or side mounts?

Sorry fella.  Couldn\'t resist!
Anyway.  I would imagine subframes be easiest due to the lack of space width wise in the fd.  I know some people have modified the original subframes.  Find someone who is handy with a welder.  Good luck.
