Powersteering noise

After adding a fmic and replacing the servooil cooling tube to the smaller one included in the kit, i get horrible BRRR, BRRRR sounds when the engine is hot.

I have bleeded the system as stated both in servicemanual and greddy manual. Full left, right a couple of times when jacked and engine off. Then same procedure when engine is running. Topping up oil as needed.
Tried this a couple of times.

But still BRRR, BRRRR..

No oil is leaking.

Should i try to drain system completely and fill up with new oil, so no old oil is in the system?
What else can i do?

I have now drained the system and filled up with brand new oil (dextron III)
and i have checked all hose connections, also on the pump.

Still BRRr, BRRR when hot. Is it a new pump i need? Or any service kit for it?
