turbo conversion

Hi,
 
I asked this a long time ago but just got the motor back and in time want to do it up and put a turbo lump in, it is a 1984 gen 1 with a 12a engine in it at present, which engine and box will I need and can I use the same running gear I gave now i.e prop shaft or can I use the standard box?
 
Any help on fitting and advice of parts and prices would be great as I am new to the world of the rx really lol

There isn\'t a huge amount of info on here about turbo conversions on the 12a. Best bet is to look on //www.rx7club.com in the 1st gen section and //www.ausrotary.com

Welcome aboard Another option is to go with a TII engine (13b)

Thanks for the reply, and my mistake when I say turbo conversion I did mean what turbo engine should I go for lol
