oil breather system

have been doing a bit of research but i carnt seem to find a definitive answer.

some of you may know im running a single turbo and in the process of getting it all back together.

could some one explain/post some pictures of where the hoses should be and what is screwed into the thread on the middle plate near the oil filler.
