Just got my renewal notice through from adrian flux.......£750!!! It was only £600 last year!  

 Anyone else noticed a \'slight\' increase this year?

Think I\'m gonna be shopping around again.....

As I understand it, when you\'re a new customer the insurance company does not have to pay tax on new business. Typically, on renewal it will be more as they have to charge tax on your price.

To avoid paying it they\'ll "encourage" you to go elsewhere...

Will be moving to the channel islands soon so my UK mileage is gonne be less than 3k with no commuting, even taking that into consideration im geting quotes of £650+

I just got off the hpone to AON, if I was 25 with a garageand my car was one year older, they could have done a decent classic car quote for it, oh well theres always next year !

I will do, cept my insurance is up for renewal in October and im 25 in may... think I could get away with it. Elephant used to tell me they quoted on your age at the end of the policy! *fingers x\'d*

I doubt it from what the guy was saying to me, but worth a try in October fella !
