Gearbox ratios and diff

hi can anyone confirm, if the gearbox ratios on a fd3s are the same as this am ?,trying to do a speed calcs and need to check if this is the same for a jap import 1994 .
also can anyone confrim if a standard diff a torsion diff or a plain ordinary type diff
