Estimated 1/4 mile for my FC after mods?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone can pin a possible number or prediction of what my 1/4 mile time would be when its fully modded to 400bhp?

At the last drag run it was running a 14.8 second pass, that was with stock intercooler, restrictivish exhaust, air filter, stock pump, BOV nasty heat soak and rubbish tyres.

On the dyno with a new top mount and fuel pump running uber rich it was at 210bhp, so im thinking that it was at about 200bhp or so down the drag strip.

What kind of time do you think it might make with all the mods completed? I still need to take it down there on its current setup and see what a difference the fuel pump and IC make

Was just wondering if I could compare to a simular power FD or are the FCs quicker or slower than them?

My Best was 12.2 at 120 at RS2 in my stock trim FC running 350 RWHP which is a little over 400 fly.  It will depend on a few other things other than power.  Diff, tyres, weather, experience and power delivery.

Awesome, hopefully I can beat some FD guys lol what diff did you have? did you go for a 4.3 final drive?

it was a mazda FC efini lsd,  some say that they are a 4.3 but i compared the stock one and the lsd on the floor before fitting them and they seemed the same ratio so i assume it was a 4.1. It certainly felt like one.

Anything below 13.5s and you should be happy. get some MTs for serious bragging rights

i kinda posted similar last month n blitzboy thinks about low 12.
be interesting to have a shootout once u, me n tiddles get our fc\'s done =)
tho i got no drag experience.. too hard a coilovers for the strip lol

You should get into the 12s quite comfortably I would have thought... but make sure you tyre pressure is not high otherwise you will spin spin spin

Yeah I dropped the pressures to 28psi, I know people run lower but the lower it is the more grip you get off the line, but the more rolling resistance after you get off the line lol

Well, a stock fd can do it in 13.5, so i would say high 12\'s maybe?
