ABS Not working

My ABS has never worked. Everything mechanical has been checked (repeatedly).
So it appears to be a wiring problem.
Does anybody know where the signal off the altenator goes before it gets to the ABS cpu.
Does anybody know the priciple of operation of this signal ?

(engages dumb ass retard stupid guess mode http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008\' target=\'_blank\'>http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_1_108.gif\' border=0>) are all the fuses in there, only i recall the scooby types always go about disconnecting the ABS in winter, snow etc by doing sumin along those lines of fuse removal.....?
