I\'m getting into a position here where i might be able to shell out the 800 AND MORE QUID! for the Racing Beat REV II exhaust?

This is the one that claims to give an extra 60BHP? Thing is, that sounds fantastic! But, come on 60 BHP from just a spout? I\'m also aware that Racing Beat is an American company and therefore its likley this exhaust was built and desighned on an American turbo II which no doubt has about 50 cats to get it through stringent Yankee smogg testing so you might be able to get 60 BHP from it on one of those cars.

Anyway just wondered if anyone had one and got dyno proven results from it?? I don\'t know if its worth 800 though! Would i be better off just getting a 500 quidish Blitz, HKS or Apexi?:3Confused

Thanks guys!:Thumbsup!

I full DCAT will allow you to run lots more boost (providing the pipe ID is large enough) - so an extra 50-60bhp is more than feasible.  You\'ll want a boost controller etc to go with it though! (And either an FCD or chipped ECU)

I have a racing beat system with a custom downpipe.  It has one free flowing premuffler and two free flowing back boxes.  It isn\'t much of a restriction and with supporting mods will make you more power as you can run higher boost (on a TII) or have better flow on an N/A.  There is no CAT to speak of.  It\'s nicely loud without being ott.

Make sure you get the one with the stainless Y pipe - the older version had an iron pipe for that section

Pretty sure it is - but I have the iron Y piece - the back boxes mid pipe and premuffler are all stainless though - go figure !
