Wiper Arms and door trim

LoL my wiper arm on my fc decied to snap in half on a dual carrage way the other month.:Grrr I have temp attacted them via tie wraps but need new arms as they have rusted through. Any idea where i could get some from or suitable cheap replacments of a different car? Also need a new plastic trim around the door section on both sides. can anyone help? Cheers :wiggle
