noob that needs help with dash lights...

hey guys... well my lights on my dash and gauges have gone bye byes.... ive looked at some other threads to locate my fuse box/fuse and from that im guessing the fuse box in the footwell... middle row, far left?

well thats a 10A fuse and its all ok...

HELP GUYS?!?!?

oh btw i can still read my millage and warning lights...on the dash.. .(if that narrows the problem down at all?)

Have you checked your rear lights and sidelight? Do it before driving in the dark!
If these have gone then it\'s mroe than likely the TNS relay in teh relay box at the front.

If not, then fuse as you say, but also check the dimmer switch on teh centre surround - if this goes it will take out most of your interior lighting.

all lights work except the ones that the dimmer controls... so im guessing it that lol...

does anyone know how to fix/bypass/get the damn thing out? (dimmer switch)

Tail and sidelights definitely work, yah?

You can earth one of the terminals, but i can\'t remember which one - and trial and error will lead to explode-o-fuse!

Have a search on RX7club - there was plenty of stuff about bodging it on there IIRC

ahhhhh ... brakes do work... sidelights dont... if the relay was gone... would the brake lights go as well?

ok thanks SiH... all fixed... up and running again!

im such a nob... it was a number of things in the end, fuse and connections basically!

oh and the dimmer is now broken lol... no idea how though... its stuck on full
