Water temp feed wire ??? Billion VFc MAX

Im wiring in my billion vfc gauge fan controller. Ive wired it as per the instructions that ive translated from japanese. Was wondering what wire I would need to tap into for the gauge to show the correct water temp???

Any help would be appreciated, also if anyone wants my translapted instructions give me a shout and ill email them accross.
