I have the springs and dowels,well should have, I will not be back home until saturday so will have a look then and see what I have. pretty sure I can help you out.
take it its for the fronts? and if so is it the larger or smaller spring that keeps the pads together or the single spring clip that locks the dowel pins together?
If its for the rear then I have no spings.

Have what you want, just send £2 and I will send the springs and pins from a caliper,at least you will have some spares.

Got the payment but no address came with the paypal invoice.
Can I have an address please. I am going to send the 2 dowels, 2 pad retaining springs and the dowel locking spring.  From Mazda I expect you would not get much change from £30 for that lot !!!
