Hey Brian,
How do you get into the under 2 liter class?
Usual multiplication factor is 1.8 for the rotary,so even a 12a will be over 2 liter (1154 X 1.8 = 2077cc) ,do they have a different conversion factor for the sprints?
Regards
Carl

Quote from: kiwimazda;525129The budget for this car is huge to take on westfeilds in sprints and hill climbs for  overall honours and run in the under 2ltr class

very brave to take on westies!!  don\'t know about that and good luck !;)

As far as the westys are concerned it wont e a problem as I am beating them in my car with the old engine. Onlt a couple remain and one of the is the SBD Vauxhall car

Carl all the regs I get for events and in the blue book state engine size x 1.5 or plus 50%   1308 x 1.5 = 1962 ish

Did you also know that there is no equiv factor for rallying so you can in a rally run in the 1400cc class. I have known about this for a couple of years and the Lindop guys have just done it with there Escort, however I can see this cahnging in the next couple of years.
